Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised using industry-standard deletion processes. Data held in backup systems will be purged in accordance with the standard backup rotation schedule, which does not exceed 90 days from the primary deletion date.

The 6ppp Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 6ppp does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform employs age verification procedures at registration to minimise the risk of underage access.

If 6ppp discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with the underage account will be securely deleted without delay, and any funds deposited will be returned (net of any transaction costs) to the original payment method.
